It may be interesting to have a look at the matrix plugin in Protege. To have a Relational Data Model view on ABox.

For example here 

The filling of class Edge looks like a table where column "name" keeps multiple values as data property is not functional.

And the "inc" column is for the object property to store multiple values ​​of the opposite side of the particular Edge element.

So this is a way to look at ontology as RDB.
