Call for proposals for hosting the International Joint Conference on Conceptual Knowledge Structures
in 2028 or 2029

Submission Deadline: August 23rd, 2026

This year, the third edition of the International Joint Conference on Conceptual Knowledge Structures (CONCEPTS) is taking place in Montpellier [1] after events in Cluj [2] and Cadiz [3]. CONCEPTS resulted as a merger of the three long-standing conferences series
- Intl. Conference on Formal Concept Analysis (ICFCA)
- Intl. Conference on Conceptual Structures (ICCS)
- Intl. Conference on Concept Lattices and Their Applications (CLA).

The Executive Board of CONCEPTS invites proposals for hosting CONCEPTS in either 2028 or 2029.

The proposal should include as many details as already available, in particular about the following:
- Location
- Possible dates
- Name of General Chair
- Eventually also suggestions for program chairs

For 2029, we would also appreciate non-binding statements of interest.

If you have any question before submission, please drop us a note.
Please send your proposal to eb-co...@lists.cs.uni-kassel.de no later than August 23rd. You will have the opportunity to present your proposal to the Executive Board at this year's CONCEPTS.
