Hi Ontobee Team,

I just noticed that the "Class" list of terms for several ontologies is broken. For example <https://ontobee.org/ontology/catalog/OBI?iri=http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl%23Class> should list classes for OBI, but I just see "array(0) {} 0 terms(s) returned". I got the same result for a few new ontologies that I checked: OCCO and GALLONT.

I am seeing proper pages for terms, such as <https://ontobee.org/ontology/OBI?iri=http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OBI_0000070> OBI 'assay'.

Best,

James

Hi James,

Thanks for your notice!

Ontobee server’s operating system has recently been updated. As a result, there are many bugs popping out. We have resolved some, but there are some more to go.

I expect that we will be able to get these issues solved by this weekend.

I apologize for any inconvenience it has caused.

Oliver
