This year, Jean and Robert will be leading with Juan the WG meeting. As you know Jean Duprez and Robert Nilsson are taking the official leadership positions (Chairs) after IW2020.

Introduction to the Knowledge Management and Ontology working group and discussion about examples of ontology usages for the Systems Engineering:

·         Introduction about the working group

·         Feedback on the use of ontology to manage knowledge across INCOSE working group.

·         Knowledge management and ontology in the context of the Systemology.

·         Ontology for the MBSE: Discussions about the use of ontologies for MBSE.

Knowledge Management Primer and way forward.

Discussions about some topics to be addressed by the Primer:

·         Ontology in the context of knowledge management

·         What is an ontology? How to build on ontology? Best practices.

·         Potential ontologies about the notion of System.

·         Organization to go on writing the Primer

·         Proposal of use cases

·         Call for participants
