I am interested in libraries that have web-based file systems (SharePoint/OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.) and also local file access for library software and other desktop applications.
Have libraries moved all files to the cloud, which would entail running sync clients (like OneDrive Sync) to let traditional desktop applications access cloud files?
Or have libraries split saving files between cloud services and local drives or local network drives for files?
