FYI, the OLA Superconference in January 2026 features a pre-conference workshop that may be of interest to you entitled Cataloguing with Official RDA from Toolkit to Record: Breaking Down the Workflow.  It is scheduled for January 28th from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and taking place at the University of Toronto, St. George campus.
