Advice for capturing AI restrictions in metadata records

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for some cataloguing advice if anyone can help me out.

At BoC we’ve been noticing that more vendors are now adding explicit restrictions against feeding their content into AI/LLM tools into our info & data resource contracts. 

I’m wondering if folks are capturing these restrictions in their metadata records, and if anyone would be willing to share some examples? Any information you can offer would be helpful, including specific MARC fields, wording used to describe the restrictions, etc.
