Setting up rubric feedback in Version 7.2

Hi Abelardo,

I am facing an issue with the Rubric feedback. When I  create a new criterion and click on "Add criterion", I am presented with the same view as at the start (as in screenshot below). 

Also, under the rubric tab, there is only one button showing: "Create Criterion/Column", whereas the manual shows that there should be an additional button "Edit levels of attainment".

Please advise if I'm missing a step, or if there is a technical issue.
