I'd love to see this played in this province before February when it gets revised.

However, I'm not sure we can manage three tables in any one city.

So, I have checked with the powers that be, and I have confirmed that as long as all players at the event are in communication with each other, even over the internet all tables can count towards the minimum 3 table requirement to run the special.

Who is interested? 

Peterborough will supply at least 1 table.

Milton, are you interested in an extra game in a month?

Aurora, interested?

KW, did you run this recently, or was it Assault on Absalom?

Barrie?

Anybody I'm overlooking?

Our date has been set for December 10th.

So, I'll need volunteer GMs and I'll need people to see if they can track down places to play. Private venues are allowed. You will need reliable internet access in order to participate.

If sites wish to run a second game on the same day, please feel free. What game that is I leave to your discretion.

Getting the scenario after we run it feels perfectly consistent to me.

Anyway assuming we do get scenarios in advance I'm up for returning to PFS to run a table of returning to the Blakros Museum.

I can see if there's interest in running a table here in KW. We recently ran it at Skycon, so I'm not sure if there would be enough people who have not played and are interested.
That is one of our normal game days, but we have not picked a scenerio for it yet.

Is UofT still available as a venue?  Seems like it's been a few months since we had a game there but given the current level of play that's not too surprising.  Might be tough to swing for the 10th though.  Even on a Sunday it's probably falling in the middle of exam time.  I could put in a inquiry if anyone thinks it's worth pursuing, however.

When I asked today (specifically about next week, admittedly) they said that Saturday was usually very busy and Sunday not so much

They also are apparently NOT very good at putting events up on their facebook page. We should definitely make sure to manually check and not assume their event page is correct

Solstice Scar B has an exclusivity period where it can only be run at conventions. During that time, Solstice Scar A can still be run at other events.
