Hey Folks,
Campus food options got you down? Having trouble getting Aramark, Chartwells, and Sodexo to integrate more sustainable practices into your cafeteria facilities? Join SYC Ontario for the Sustainable Campuses Food Call.
Last spring, the Regional Action Committee hosted a similar conference call to begin developing ideas for a regional campaign focused on food issues. Leading up to the call there are two great resources you should check out:
1) Minutes of the food conference call last spring attached to this email.
2) New campaign resources and background information to food service providers on the SYC Ontario website: http://www.syc-cjs.org/ontario/action.
These resources will help guide our discussion and enable us to pick up from where we last left off. Now onto the details of the call!
