Nuvo Network Management s Finance department is seeking to fill the position of
Senior Accounting Administrator to provide broad financial support for the organization.
Senior Accounting Administrator
Your challenge will include:
Accounts Payable activity including coding, batch input, posting, payment, and
vendor inquiries
Monthly tax remittances including GST, PST and QST
Daily bank monitoring to include initiation of transfers between cash and
investment accounts
Assume a leadership role in executing the month end closing cycle including:
Ability to bring month end to trial balance level
Account reconciliations and schedule preparation
Financial statement and report preparation
Qualifications:
2 + years of progressive financial experience
Have completed a minimum 3rd level CGA or CMA
Hands-on experience with Great Plains Dynamics accounting software, Excel and
the Microsoft Office Suite package
Familiarity with financial statement preparation would be considered an asset
Preference will be given to those candidates with high tech industry
experience
