applications for clients
. provides leadership and expertise to meet business requirements
. oversees software development and testing
. makes presentations to clients
. manages a team of programmers
. makes sure work is on time, within budget and of excellent quality
. negotiates contracts with clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Computer Science Degree
. 5+ years of experience in programming and analysis
. 3+ years of experience in a management role
. excellent people skills
. experience managing large projects involving call centre applications
. excellent communication skills

. Oracle,C, ProC, SQL, PLSQL, Tuxedo, Cobol, XML, Java, Amdocs Ensemble
