. development, maintenance, support and enhancement of business
applications for clients
. provides leadership and expertise to meet business requirements
. oversees software development and testing

QUALIFICATIONS:
. Computer Science Degree
. 5+ years of experience in programming and analysis
. 3+ years of experience in a management role
. excellent people skills
. experience managing large projects involving call centre applications
. excellent communication skills
