Hi Melanie!Thank you so much for taking a look at ONSTR.Yes, old IRI replacement, URI purl-izing and other issues are on my todo que. Will update old SO/PROetc URIs too.Thank you for volunteering Alan to do that for me, but there is no need for that really! For ontology editing I can use Protege, but I'm more of a text editor type, so global URI replacement won't be a problem. Done it before...Alan, please do nothing. If I get stuck and don't know how to get unstuck, I'll ask you guys for help :)So happy to have someone to ask!!!Thank you again!!!snezOn Thu, Jul 11, 2013 at 5:40 PM, Melanie Courtot <mcou...@gmail.com> wrote:
Hi Snezana,
While briefly overseeing your file just before, I think I noticed that you were using "old style" URIs, with an # for ONSTR. So I went to peak at your file :) and found URIs such as http://onstr.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ONSTR.owl#ONSTR_2111308
I recently had a colleague with the same issue, and made some wiki pages explainign how to update those, see http://code.google.com/p/obo-foundry-operations-committee/wiki/SettingUpProtege
There are other issues such as http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/pr.owl#PR_000012234, and the SO URIs are the "old" ones too.
Happy to work with you while we are around (thus cc'ing and volunteering Alan) to correct those if you want.
Cheers,
Melanie
