Unable to install QGIS Plugin

Hi All,

I am unable to install QGIS Plugin .Please anyone help me to install that. Following are the versions.

1) QGIS- 3.2

2) Plugin has downloaded from this link 

https://onsset.github.io/teaching_kit/courses/module_2/Excercise%205/

https://github.com/KTH-dESA/Cluster-based_extraction_OnSSET/tree/master/Plugin

Error Message:

Hey,

I think you should use QGIS version 3.10 then 3.2 and also your Zip file is not the correct one. I attached the zip-file here. Try to use this zip file if you don't get success, please try to download a new version of QGIS.
