Position: OCM Lead Consultant

Location: Plano, TX  

Duration : 12 Months   

Rate  : $90/hr to $95/hr C2C

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

•  Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.

•  Assess change impact across people, processes, culture, and technology.

•  Define change success metrics and adoption KPIs.

•  Identify and manage key stakeholders across all organizational levels.

•  Coach and support executive sponsors and leaders to effectively lead change.

•  Facilitate leadership alignment and readiness for transformation.

•  Support users through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

•              15 + years of experience

•              10+ yrs experience in OCM or transformation initiatives

•              Experience supporting global organizations  with integrations and spin offs

•              Experience with Workday, Dell Boomi, ServiceNow

•              Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
