 Job Description:

 

Required Skills & Experience:-

 

·         8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

·         Strong domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharma

·         Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory processes

·         Experience working in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies

·         Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, SQL).

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

 

Key Responsibilities:-

 

·         Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.

·         Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.

·         Develop process models, workflows, and business cases.

·         Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

·         Conduct market research and feasibility studies.

·         Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.

·         Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

·         Assist in change management and training efforts.
