Position: SAP MDG Team Lead

Location: Brea, CA  

Duration : 12 months  

Rate : $80/hr C2C

 

 

Job Summary

An SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant designs, configures, and supports end-to-end Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, specifically for domains like Material, Customer, or Vendor master data. Candidates require 8+ years of SAP experience, 2+ full-cycle implementations, and expertise in BRF+, Data Modelling, Workflow, and DRF.

 

Key Responsibilities

·                  Implementation: Gather business requirements, translate them into functional design documents, and configure SAP MDG modules (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance).

·                  Technical Development: Customize data modeling, UI modeling, and workflow configurations (BRF+).

·                  Data Integration: Design and implement data replication frameworks (DRF), including ALE, SOA, and web services.

·                  Support & Maintenance: Provide post-go-live, hypercare, and troubleshooting support for Master Data Governance processes.

·                  Data Quality: Implement data cleansing, validation, and standardization rules.

·                  Required Skills and Experience

·                  Experience: 8+ years in SAP MDG, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.

·                  Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, Data Modelling, BRF+, Workflow, and User Interface (FPM) modeling.

·                  Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of logistics (SD or MM) and Master Data Governance standards.

·                  Tools: Proficient in Data Migration (DIF/DEF), Data Replication (DRF), and Change Pointers.

Desired Qualifications

•           SAP Certification in MDG is a plus.
