Position: ServiceNow Architect with CTA, CIS, CSA certification
Location: Remote with 20% travel , but need only local to Dallas, TX
Duration : 12 Months+
Rate : $80/hr C2C
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead solution architecture for new implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Produce high-level and detailed designs (HLD/LLD), integration patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise standards.
• lead and govern end-to-end delivery: requirements ? design ? build ? test ? deploy ? hypercare.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for configuration and development using platform capabilities across Incident, Change, Service Requests and CMDB
• Flow Designer / Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
• UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, Service Portal / UI Builder (as needed)
• Data imports, Transform Maps, Performance Analytics / Reporting (as needed)
• Set standards for scoping, estimation, sprint planning, and release governance in Agile/SAFe environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 10+ years’ experience on the ServiceNow platform, including architecting and implementing solutions.
• 5+ years in a lead architect / technical lead role for enterprise ServiceNow programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations (greenfield and/or transformation).
• Solid understanding of software delivery practices: Agile, CI/CD concepts, testing strategies, release management.
• Excellent communication skills—able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with one or more of: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, FSM.
• Experience designing CMDB governance, discovery/service mapping at scale.
• Experience with performance analytics, reporting strategy, and operational dashboards.
• Consulting background (requirements facilitation, stakeholder management, delivery governance)
• Certifications across CSA(Certified System Admin), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist), CTA(Certified Technical Architect)
