Job Description – Senior NoSQL DBA

We are seeking an experienced Senior NoSQL DBA with strong expertise in MongoDB and Amazon DynamoDB to support enterprise-scale database environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Oracle databases.
• Manage database installations, upgrades, backups, recovery, and replication.
• Perform database design, data modeling, migration, and modernization activities.
• Optimize database performance, indexing, partitioning, and sharding.
• Configure HA/DR solutions including MongoDB replica sets and Oracle RAC/Data Guard.
• Support AWS cloud database infrastructure and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architecture teams on database solutions.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of DBA experience supporting enterprise-scale databases.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB Administration and Amazon DynamoDB.
• Experience with database migrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, replication, clustering, and HA configurations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Strong scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
