Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Architect to solution, manage design, implementation, and governance of finance and controlling processes The FICO Architect will play a key role in harmonizing global financial processes, ensuring compliance with American statutory, audit, and regulatory standards including FDA, SOX, and other financial reporting requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

•          Lead ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solution design, configuration, and process alignment.

•          Translate global and regional finance, accounting, and cost management requirements into optimized SAP solutions.

•          Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory accounting, and audit standards (FDA,, SOX, IFRS).

•          Drive standardization of financial processes across entities and geographies.

•          Collaborate with business, tax, and audit teams to define control frameworks and financial reporting structures.

•          Support integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Systems for end-to-end financial visibility.

•          Coordinate with Customer stakeholders and offshore teams for solution delivery and continuous improvement.

 

Required Skills & Experience

•          12–15 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience, including S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance experience preferred).

•          Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.

•          Strong understanding of financial compliance frameworks – SOX, FDA, and IFRS.

•          Experience in multi-entity, multi-country environments within manufacturing or healthcare industries.

•          Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
