Senior Full Stack Developer, AI-Assisted Development

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development. 

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. 

In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. 

A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code. 

 

Must Have Technical Skills: 

•           Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and optimization 

•           Ability to effectively write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks 

•           Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security

•           Core Java 

•           Java EE 

•           RESTful Microservices 

•           Jersey 

•           SQL, PL/SQL 

•           Oracle Database 

•           Angular / TypeScript / Node.js 

•           HTML/CSS 

•           Deep understanding of JVM and performance profiling
