Role: SAP BOBJ

Location: Oakland, CA - HYBRID (1 day every week in office)

Duration: 6 months - 12 months (long-term assignment)

 

Required Qualifications:

·       7+ years of Business Intelligence and Analytics experience.

·       Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) platform administration and development.

·       Strong experience with:

·       Web Intelligence (WebI)

·       Crystal Reports

·       Universe Designer (UNX/UNV)

·       Central Management Console (CMC)

·       Scheduling and Publications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI including:

o   Power BI Desktop

o   Power BI Service

o   DAX

o   Power Query

o   Data Modeling

o   Workspace Administration

o   Gateway Management

o   Row-Level Security (RLS)

·       Proven experience leading or participating in BOBJ to Power BI migration projects.

·       Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into reporting solutions.

·       Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and analytical skills.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with enterprise BI modernization initiatives.

·       Experience with SQL and relational databases.

·       Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure preferred).

·       Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

·       Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.

·       Microsoft Power BI certifications and/or SAP BusinessObjects certifications are preferred.
