This is day 1 onsite in Chicago, IL

Job Description:

  • 10 years of experience in consulting/industry with primary focus on organization change management 
  • Hands-On experience in change management – should have been a part of at least 9-10 large scale change management implementations.
    • Should have led end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program
    • Practical client experience including planning, design and delivery
    • Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts – AI enabled engagements, Enterprise Migration, DevOps/Integration etc
  • Hand-on experience in building change management strategy/roadmap/approach, stakeholder engagement and management program, change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy/need assessment/plan
  • Nice to have experience on PROSCI or any other change management approach

Must Have:

    • Strong PowerPoint, excel and analytical skills
    • Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills 
  • MBA is strongly preferred 
  • Willingness and ability to travel onsite to client location

 

Role would involve the following: 

  • Should be able to coordinate with the extended OCM Team based out of India
  • Will be responsible for driving Global OCM Plan + Delivery for US region
  • Reporting to OCM value stream lead on project updates/milestones and delivery (weekly/bi-weekly) and also to project delivery manager on a real-time basis for OCM updates
  • Leverage established change management methodologies and tools to execute the strategic plans and support implementation, execution and adoption of new ways of working
  • Design and deliver effective change management strategy, approach and plans in conjunction with the project and client team for the transformation program
  • Working with senior leadership (should be comfortable interacting with C-Level Executives) to create alignment in order to support program success
  • Identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques
  • Design and deliver material utilizing the various channels of communications to drive awareness, education and engagement across organization
  • Building repository of OCM artefacts and deliverables for the assigned project
