Job Description:
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and architecting native (iOS, Android) and hybrid (Ionic) mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end mobile performance, robust API integration, monitoring, testing, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design, and develop scalable native and hybrid mobile applications using iOS, Android, and Ionic.
• Lead end-to-end performance optimization, including profiling, benchmarking, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate and manage complex API connections with a focus on security, reliability, and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for mobile application health and usage analytics.
• Drive comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, UI/UX, and regression testing.
• Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility best practices across mobile platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, QA, and Backend, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and architecture (iOS, Android, Ionic)
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance, accessible, and reliable mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of mobile frameworks, API integration, and security best practices
• Experience with monitoring tools, automated testing, and accessibility standards (ADA)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
