Role: Technical Program Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Programme Leadership

·                     Lead multiple concurrent technical programmes from initiation through deployment and support.

·                     Define programme roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.

·                     Drive execution using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

·                     Manage cross-functional teams comprising architects, developers, UI engineers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and businessstakeholders.

·                     Ensure timely delivery of programme objectives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Application Development & Technology Delivery

·                     Oversee development and enhancement of enterprise applications using Java, Python, and React technologies.

·                     Partner with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

·                     Drive application modernisation and automation initiatives.

·                     Review solution architectures and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.

·                     Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Data & Reporting Management

·                     Leverage SQL for reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation activities.

·                     Work with engineering and analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making.

·                     Monitor application health, operational KPIs, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

·                     Conduct executive programme reviews and governance meetings.

·                     Communicate programme status, risks, mitigation plans, and key achievements to leadership.

·                     Manage customer expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment across global teams.

·                     Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to drive successful programme execution.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

·                     Identify programme risks, dependencies, and technical challenges proactively.

·                     Establish mitigation and contingency plans.

·                     Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery excellence, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

Application Knowledge

·                     Strong experience in Java/J2EE application development.

·                     Hands-on understanding of:

o        Spring Boot

o        REST APIs

o        Microservices Architecture

o        Distributed Systems

• Experience with enterprise application integration patterns.

Python

·                     Proficiency in Python for:

o        Automation

o        Backend Development

o        Data Processing

o        API Integration

o        Operational Tooling

UI knowledge

·                     Strong understanding of modern UI technologies:

o        ReactJS

o        Redux

o        JavaScript/TypeScript

o        HTML5

o        CSS3

·                     Experience managing UI/UX delivery teams.

Database & SQL understanding 

·                     Strong SQL fundamentals.

·                     Experience with:

o        Query Optimization

o        Data Analysis

o        Report Development

o        Relational Databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
