MES Technical Consultant

Role – Technical consultant

Experience – 7 to 10 years

Location – Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA (Onsite) | Relocation accepted

Description – Executes MES installation, configuration, and connectivity activities, supporting site and global teams while implementing technical guidance from client technical lead and solution architect.

 

Key Responsibilities –

• Perform hand on MES installation, configuration and environment preparation and connectivity preparation for deployment, migration, and upgrades.
• Implement technical designs, standards and configuration patterns define by the client technical lead and solution architect.
• Act as day-to-day technical contact for site teams and support cross team troubleshooting during build and validation phases.
• Identify technical issues, risks and blockers and escalate promptly to the technical lead for resolution.
• Create and manage project level documentation and ensure accurate handovers to operation or validation teams.
• Collaborate with integration, authoring and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end technical delivery
• Candidates will work with cross technical teams (SAP,IT-Sec, Networking etc.)
• Candidates will work with the L2 integration prod team and shall directly with the solution architect.
• Candidates should be able to handle all the activities independently and shall take care of all daily, weekly, and monthly status calls with SME.
