Location : Chanhassen, MN
Duration: Long Term Contract
Description:
· Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
· Good functional/technical of SFMC functionalities including AMPscript, SQL, automation studio, landing pages and journey builder etc.
· Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
· Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, work stream lead, solution architect, project manager)
· Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
· Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and document the business process flows
· Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
· Strong presentation, relationship and interpersonal skills required for internal interaction
· Advanced knowledge of SCRUM and experience working in highly agile environments. Usage of tools like JIRA is very much desired
· Ability to support/mentor the development team during the sprints and manage the sprint backlogs
· Ability to do modify front end configuration is a must
· Experience in Data migration and Integration is an added advantage
