Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 12+ years of Agile delivery experience to lead multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies

• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement

• Remove blockers and manage dependencies across teams

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for delivery alignment

• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, KPIs)

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Scrum Master background

• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in large-scale, enterprise Agile environments
