Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Development Analyst (.NET Developer) to support modernization, enhancement, and cloud migration of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Visual Studio, Azure App Services, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure DevOps, along with strong experience in application refactoring, API development, cloud-native architecture, and secure Azure integrations.

This role involves modernizing legacy .NET applications, implementing Azure cloud solutions, enhancing security and authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and collaborating with cloud administrators, testers, developers, and business analysts to ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience developing web applications using Visual Studio, C#, and Object-Oriented Programming
• 5+ years of experience with .NET Core 3.1 or later
• 2+ years of experience with .NET 6 or later
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong experience with JavaScript
• Experience migrating applications to Azure App Services
• Experience using Azure DevOps for version control and release pipeline management
• Experience with Azure Key Vault and Azure Files
• Experience implementing authentication & authorization using Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with .NET package management across Framework and Core environments
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bootstrap
• Experience with SSIS packages
• Experience with APIs and Web Services
• Experience with development security tools such as WebInspect and SonarLint
• Experience with Office 365
• Experience working in project-oriented environments
• Experience leading IT projects

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
