About the Role
Brillio is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Oracle initiatives across cloud platforms, system integrations, and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion-based solutions in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, and integration programs.
- Manage program planning, execution, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Drive Agile delivery, operational excellence, process improvements, and executive reporting.
- Monitor program metrics, timelines, and ensure successful cross-functional execution.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion, enterprise ERP platforms, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of AWS, cloud architectures, CI/CD, microservices, SQL, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale technical programs in fast-paced environments.
Preferred
- Experience with finance, supply chain, or ERP ecosystems.
- Background in SaaS, cloud migration, and data-driven program delivery.
