Senior Oracle HCM Workforce Scheduling (WFS) Consultant – Healthcare
Location: Fully Remote (US-Based)
Position Type: Contract
Required 15+ yrs Experience
Domain: Healthcare Enterprise
Client is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in *Workforce Scheduling (WFS) * and Healthcare domain.
Responsibilities
Implement and support Workforce Scheduling solutions within Oracle HCM environment.
Work across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Talent.
Integrate legacy scheduling systems such as Oracle Health Clairvia, Qgenda, Google Calendar, and others.
Support integration with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG) including bi-directional data flow.
Work on enterprise-wide implementation across HCM, Finance (FIN), and Supply Chain (SCM).
