Position: Supplier Quality Assurance Lead with Medical Device Exp

Location: Warsaw, IN (Onsite)

Role Description:

Responsibilities Lead supplier quality assurance for external manufacturers producing company products| ensuring consistent compliance and performance.

Own supplier approval and qualification| including audits| quality system assessment| and readiness for steady state manufacturing.

Drive supplier development to improve process robustness| capability| and inspection readiness.

Manage change control| including qualification of supplier process changes| transfers| and equivalency (PVE)  obsolescence-related activities.

Plan and execute supplier process validation and approvals aligned to internal procedures and regulatory expectations.

Apply and reinforce GMP and ISO-based standards and best practices in daily supplier quality operations.

Provide end-to-end project management for supplierpart qualification (planning| scheduling| tracking| execution) and deliver to timelines.

Identify and resolve qualitysupply constraints and risks| escalating issues early with mitigation actions to protect supply and project outcomes. Partner cross-functionally (Sourcing| RD| ManufacturingQuality| Receiving Inspection| Quality Systems) and with suppliers to align decisions| improve yield| and deliver commitments in a dynamic environment.
