Job Title : AMI Meter Testing.

Location : San Francisco /   Oakland / San Jose / Sacramento/ San Diego ( Non – LA cities) – 4 days a week. (ONLY LOCALS)

Required Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of how meters work at a functional/technical level (not just installation)
• Experience with Head End Systems (HES) and meter-to-HES integration
• Familiarity with meter communication protocols (e.g., RF mesh, cellular, PLC, DLMS/COSEM, ANSI C12, etc.)
• Experience working with new AMI meter rollouts and identifying edge/corner cases
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OEM experience with meter manufacturers such as:
  • Itron
  • Landis+Gyr (L+G)
  • Honeywell
  • (or similar AMI meter OEMs)
• Prior experience in utility, smart grid, or AMI deployment projects
• Familiarity with meter data management systems (MDMS)
