Job Description -

Please submit candidates with recent, strong manufacturing experience and excellent communication skills (10/10).

Also, please ensure that the candidates’ profiles have not previously been submitted to Swoon/Caterpillar.

Almost the same as last embedded role- call with HM is on Friday (cannot submit to this role until then BUT if they score well we can submit to other roles potentially)- we don't think this is with the same HM (rob) BUT we are trying to build a pipeline for this role (since rob will have 5-10 more embedded roles come out by end of year) so the ropes assessment will be required again!

Please make sure candidates are comfortable completing a ropes assessment, and let them know the following- I would hate to waste anyone’s time!

Just to re-emphasize: This is a closed assessment intended to evaluate your individual technical and problem-solving skills. To ensure a fair and consistent process for all candidates, the following (auto-disqualifiers) are not permitted during the assessment:

NO
• Use of AI tools or external assistance
• Use of a second monitor or secondary device
• Use of phones or tablets during the assessment
• Copying/pasting content from external sources
• Receiving assistance from another individual

Since Rob (a HM) is going to have 5-10 more embedded roles come out before end of the year-the good news is as long as the candidates are not high risk (do not use a second monitor, don’t use any ai coding) even if they score a 400 or 500 /1000 we should be able to submit. We just closed 2 of these a few weeks ago!

Also, they said there will be 10+ roles coming out (on this team) this year so if the candidate does not work for this role they could work for another!
