Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead our Jira Cloud migration initiatives and drive Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Big 4 consulting firms, strong project management expertise, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage end-to-end Jira Cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and adoption.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc.) and coach teams on Agile best practices.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Vendors) to ensure timely delivery.
· Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to achieve business objectives.
· Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to translate requirements effectively.
· Provide status reports and executive updates to leadership and stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Lean principles.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile environments.
· Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud migration projects.
· Prior experience working with or consulting for a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual).
· Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
· Background in IT project management, cloud platforms, or enterprise-level system migrations.
· Experience managing distributed/global teams.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
