Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Lead/Architect with strong hands-on expertise in MuleSoft and Salesforce Health Cloud.
· Health Cloud Architecture Design: Responsible for the overall technical architecture and solution design of Salesforce Health Cloud (now also known as Agentforce Health), ensuring it meets healthcare industry business requirements (such as patient/member management, care plans, etc.).
· MuleSoft Integration Leadership: Leveraging MuleSoft's Salesforce Connector and integration patterns to design and implement data flows and integrations between Salesforce and external systems (such as EHR, ERP, legacy systems).
Technical Leadership and Delivery: Responsible for the quality of technical solutions, guiding development teams, and addressing complex technical challenges in Salesforce configuration, customization (such as Apex, LWC), and integrations
