Hiring: Conversational AI / Dialogflow CX Developer
📍 Location: Thousand Oaks, CA – Onsite
⏳ Duration: 6 Months

Must-Have Skills:

• Google Cloud Dialogflow CX / CCAI
• Looker Studio, BigQuery & SQL
• Node.js or Python
• Chatbot & Voicebot Development
• Google Cloud / Conversational AI Architecture
• Webhooks, APIs & Google Cloud Functions

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Chatbots/Voicebots using Dialogflow CX, including intents, entities, training phrases, fulfillment and webhooks.
• Build analytics dashboards using Looker Studio, BigQuery and SQL.
• Integrate conversational solutions with Cloud Functions, Firestore and third-party APIs.
• Develop multi-turn conversations, contextual routing, error handling and conversational improvements.
• Develop webhook/fulfillment logic using Node.js or Python.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitLab and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with business, system and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Use analytics insights to continuously improve conversational experiences.

Good to Have: Generative AI, AWS, Python, NLP, Voicebot/Chatbot, Life Sciences domain.
