We are having an urgent requirement for an Industrial Engineer with our client.

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
a. Industrial Engineer with experience improving manufacturing efficiency across polymer, coating, converting, fabrication, and assembly operations.
b. Skilled in time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, OEE analysis, takt time, and Value Stream Mapping to increase throughput, improve labor utilization, and reduce waste in high-mix, high-volume environments.
c. Experienced with AutoCAD layout design, FlexSim / discrete-event simulation, and ERP-based production data analysis to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
