Number of BrandYourself Clients and Retention Rates

How many people are using the paid version of BrandYourself?  What is the companies retention rate?  How many months does the average paid BrandYourself subscriber stay on before cancelling?  I know that they give away a lot of "free trials" to individuals, but I'm not interested in user retention rates of the free sign ups, as this information is more or less useless in my view.  

How many paid users does BrandYourself have on the subscription model? What's the average lifetime of a paid BrandYourself account?

What I'm interested in is 

1. How many personal online reputation management clients does BrandYourself have paying a monthly subscription fee? and;
2. On average, how many months does a paid user stay subscribed?
   

I know that BrandYourself is a private company, but is this information available anywhere?

Is there empirical data on user retention rates for any of the other major online reputation management companies?
