Is there any credence in Reputation.com's claim that they are the leader in the online reputation management industry. Reputation.com's company slogan is The Online Reputation Management Leader. I know that there are now literally thousands of internet marketing companies that offer online reputation management services and I'm wondering by measure is Reputation.com the leading company? Is their revenue or profit higher than other ORM companies, have they served more customers than their competitors, or what? I know that there has to be some basis for them to make this claim and from the reviews of the company that I've read, including this one, I know that Reputation.com is a force to be reckoned in the niche it largely created on its own, but I want to know what this means exactly or what measurements/metrics it takes into account.
If anyone has any insight on what makes this company the team leader please share. Also what is your opinion on Reputation.com and what company would you say is the online reputation management industry leader if you could choose only one? Why?
