Description
- Strong understanding of production methodologies (ITIL), strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, automation, scripting (shell, python), monitoring tools (Splunk, Geneos, Appdynamics, Dynatrace).
- Experience and knowledge OS Stratus and HP Tandem platforms.
- Knowledge of SPLUNK, Control M, GENEOS.
- Responsible for all operate functions related to production management, support of applications, service user requests, manage change into environment, manage resiliency amongst others.
