Exact time the campaign must end

Excuse me but for mi it is not clear :)

In "Terms and Conditions" for the GOMC 2011

In the point 9 one can read:

"b. run the online campaign in accordance with the Pre-Campaign Strategy during

a window which must fall between midnight GMT on 31st January 2011 and midnight

BST on 10th June 2011 inclusive (“Competition Window”);"

The "midnight BST on 10th June 2011 inclusive" means British Summer Time at midnight between 10th and 11th of June ?
