Size of business

Hi,

My team want to pursue this challenge and we are stuck between two
clients. One is a business that has over 160 employees (no break up of
full-time or part-time employees). And the second is a Coffee shop,
but they also serve hookah (non-tobacco).

Does anyone know if we can take either client?
