Unable to acitvate my account

Hi,

I just uploaded my campaigns and enabled them.I have also received my
200$ in my account, However, I am seeing an alert saying that my "Your
account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing
information"

Please let me know how am i supposed to remedy this becuase we are
ready to begin our campaign today.
