One Company Two Sites ?

We would like to choose a company (ARX) to advertise
it's web site (arx.com.pl) with the GOMC 2012 challenge campaign but we
have found the the ARX company has yet another web site (i-arx.pl) for
which it runs AdWords advertising.
Can we run the GOMC 2012 campaign for arx.com.pl site for which
was not AdWords campaign ran, even if the company runs it for the other
site ?

As long as arx.com.pl has not run AdWords in the last six months, you should be fine. The other site, l-ark.pl, has a different domain name.
But the arx.com.pl campaign should not point to pages on l-ark.pl.
