I would like to talk with someone briefly via the telephone since
email communications alone have not been enough for me to know my
concern has been addressed. Is there someone (first & last name) with
whom I can schedule a private and quick phone chat to clarify things?

your registration and the AdWords account ID, if you still have it. We
can look into the matter and see why you may have not received the
certificate yet. Unfortunately, we are not providing phone support for
Online Challenge participants. But please be assured that your concern
will be addressed through the email.
