Nuts. I’ve been advocating for a brand building approach that involves more community management here at W+K, and have entirely forgotten that this group is meeting every month. I heard about it again from Dawn yesterday.

One of these days, our crews will be there learning from you guys!

I'll second that. We've been trying to get some of our brands to hire
community managers for some time now. A lot of people on my team at W
+K really understand the role and need for a community manager but are
having a difficult time communicating that to typically conservative
clients.
