Hiring: Oracle EBS Time & Labor Techno-Functional Consultant
📍 Location: Remote (USA)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) Time & Labor Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS Time & Labor modules in a dynamic environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and support Oracle EBS Time & Labor (HCM) modules
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage tickets, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
Work on enhancements, including implementing extensions
Collaborate with customers, SMEs, and internal teams
✅ Required Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS technologies
Strong experience with timecard setup, layouts, rules, categories, and workflows
Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Fast Formula, APEX, Reports, and integrations with HCM, Absences, and Payroll
⭐ Preferred Skills:
Good understanding of software engineering practices and business processes
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work closely with customers and improve processes
