Platform for vignette experiments?

Hello Everyone!

Which platform would you recommend for designing vignette experiments?

Vignettes are short stories about hypothetical characters in real-world-like scenarios. They can be written or animated. Participants need to read/watch vignettes and rate the outcome variable either as if they imagined themselves in this situation or how they think the vignette character would act/feel/think. Hope this makes sense.

I think really almost any platform should be able to present such stimuli. The question I guess is what sorts of subjects you want to be able to recruit.
