New 'local' marine repair & supply

Hi Folks,

I just wanted to share with everyone a resource I've been using for some time as I slowly restore my classic plastic. I've been following Boatworks Today by Andy Miller and thought there are probably OYC members who would like to know about it, if they don't already.

Andy Miller is a repair specialist who has a Youtube channel that's a plethora of repair & restoration videos. He's been in business for over a decade and recently moved his shop from Herbster WI to the U.P. He does fiberglass, gelcoat and wood restoration/repair on site and in his workshop, and recently opened up a brick & mortar store with the products he uses and now sells retail.

I've provided links above to his Youtube channel and his business for your perusal. Note: his website has not been updated yet from his old Herbster location.

Andy might also be someone you find interesting as an invited speaker for the Annual Meeting? He's a great resource.

Thanks Meral. Good to see we're adding some marine services to the UP. Do you know where he's located? Does he have a shop or just online?

I believe he's just outside of Iron River.  I don't believe he's taking on customers at this point, but he does have a store-front selling Alexseal paints and things.
